In response to the call of Shanghai Securities Regulatory Commission on Intensive Capital Market Trust Building Publicity notice (Shanghai Securities Regulatory Commission [2015]47), and to implement trust building requirements of CPC and State Council’s Central Committee, and in combination with its own situation, China Security & Fire developed several trust building activities, with active participation by management and employees.
In order to make this publicity campaign a success, China Security & Fire established a publicity team led by the Board Secretary. The publicity team held “China Security & Fire 2015 Trust Building Discussion” in coordination with departments such Securities Investment Center and Board Offices, where participants learned all the rules in Temporary Standards for Trust Supervision in Securities and Futures Market, uses of Capital Market Trustworthiness Database and relevant regulations, as well as learned about positive motivation through keeping promises, and about punishments and fines when promises were broken.This trust building publicity activity has improved awareness among employees regarding compliance with laws and regulations, and has facilitated China Security & Fire’s legal operations and culture development.
